Terms of Agreement

Purchaser agrees to pay for the Total Cost of Material upon signing this Agreement.

Purchaser agrees to pay a restocking fee in the amount of 30% of the Total Cost of Material in the event that the Purchaser decides to cancel the Installation.

IP agrees to Install carpet per CRI-105 Standards.

In the case that there is not enough Material to complete the job as measured by the IP and as disclosed in this Installation Agreement, then the IP agrees to provide any additional Materials & Labor necessary to complete the job at the expense of IP.

IP agrees to reimburse Purchaser for any unused flooring Material in excess of _____% of the amount of Material originally agreed and paid for.

IP warrants the Installation against wrinkles for _____ years.

IP agrees to allow Purchaser three days from the Date of Installation to perform an inspection of the Material and Installation and bring any deficiencies to the attention of IP else pay the remainder of the Total Cost of Job to the IP.
